What we collect
And why.
- Booking and enquiry form: name, email, phone (optional), enquiry type, date, location and message. Used only to reply to your enquiry.
- Programme registration: the details you give when you register for a GAI programme. Used to run the programme, contact you about it and, with your consent, issue certificates. Aggregated, non-identifying figures may be shared with partners and funders.
- Photographs and recordings at events: only with consent; for children, with a parent or guardian’s consent.

Cookies and third parties.
- This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
- Audio and images are served from this site. Links to Instagram, YouTube, Spotify and other platforms are governed by those platforms’ own policies.
- If we add a form-handling service to the booking form, it will process your submission on our behalf.
Your rights
Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana if you think we have mishandled your information.
