A five-session, music-led creative programme for musicians, writers, actors and every kind of creative.

Selected songs from the album I Wuz Hia Som: I Dey 200 Form are the programme’s modules. The album has 18 tracks, and not every track is part of the programme.

Who we are
Griot Architecture Institute, operated by Unwind Limited, Accra, Ghana, is responsible for the personal data collected through this registration. Contact: griotainstitute@gmail.com.
What we collect
Your name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, institution, creative discipline, whether you are aged 18 to 30, whether you can attend all five sessions, and, if you choose, why you want to join. We do not ask for your date of birth, ID numbers, home address, religion, ethnicity or health information.
Why we use it
- To manage your registration and select the cohort.
- To contact you about sessions, including through a WhatsApp group.
- To record attendance and issue certificates.
We rely on your consent. Two further uses are optional and separate: using photos and video of you from sessions for reporting and promotion, and sharing your name and email with the British Council so it can tell you about follow-up creative e-learning. Saying no to either does not affect your place.
Who sees it
Only named members of the GAI team. We do not sell your data. Partners receive anonymised, aggregated figures only, unless you opt in to sharing your details.
Where it is stored
Responses are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets, which keep data on servers outside Ghana.
How long we keep it
We delete personal data within [6 months] of the programme ending, except what we need to issue certificates.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to griotainstitute@gmail.com. You may also complain to Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.
